Refund policy

30-day return window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods; our 30-day window is offered on top of that right and does not replace it.

Conditions for a return

• Items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
• Opened items can still be returned, but we may deduct a reasonable amount for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
• Hygiene products, personal care items, gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned for hygiene or legal reasons.

How to start a return

Email info@corneliaverstoep.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without prior notice may be delayed or refused.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may need a few additional days to post the credit.

Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case we cover the return and replacement costs. Shipping charges paid on the original order are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs you paid.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible; if the parcel has already been handed to the carrier we will guide you through the return procedure instead.
